Our housing strategy replaces aging units with modern, workforce homes that strengthen the neighborhood and gives families a safe place to build their future and attracts new investment.

Families Impacted

The BR Choice Neighborhoods Initiative targets an approximately 1.6 square mile area of three adjoining neighborhoods at the heart of North Baton Rouge — East Fairfields, Smiley Heights, and Melrose East.
